Our Services

As part of our Mission to educate Malaysian Workers on their rights, and to ensure the protection of their interests should they become involved in an accident, the SAHC provides a number of valuable services, including:

Personal Safety and Individual Rights Awareness Advisories

The SAHC provides online resources and materials aimed at educating Malaysian commuters on their rights under Singapore Law and how best to respond to specific emergencies and accidents.

Medical Treatment, Physiotherapy and Financial Services

The SAHC is currently working with Hospitals and Insurance Firms in Johor Bahru to explore options for making deferred payments and/or subsidised medical treatments to our members.

Accident / Work Injury Compensation Claims Assistance

The SAHC will freely address enquiries relating to Accident or Work Injury claims and will put accident victims in touch with professionals in Singapore for direct and immediate assistance.

Free Legal Advice

The SAHC can also arrange for accident victims to receive free legal consultation with Lawyers in Singapore.

05.

Gathering Witnesses and Evidence

The SAHC is currently working with FindWitness to develop a system to identify and reward witnesses for accidents in Singapore

Psychiatric and Counselling Services

The SAHC is in discussions with Mental Healthcare Professionals in Singapore to provide Psychiatric and Counselling services to victims.

Ambulance and Towing Services

If you are injured in a road accident, and if your vehicle needs towing, it will be towed to the Singapore Traffic Police compound at no cost to you.

As a member, we will be able to assist you to retrieve your vehicle from the Singapore Traffic Police compound and transport it to any destination of your choice in Singapore or Johor Bahru free of charge or at a minimal cost.

Education and Skills Training

The SAHC also helps Malaysian Workers without SPM qualifications to obtain the necessary skills to reduce the elvy payable by their employers, increasing their employability in Singapore

"Free Patient Transfer" Service between Johor and Singapore.

This service is subject to the availability and conditions of the patients. The outcome of the booking and confirmation will be at the sole discretion of the SAHC’s management.
