You may register as a 'Road Angel' if you meet all of these criteria:

1. You are a Malaysian;
2. You hold a Work Permit or S-Pass;
3. You commute from Singapore to Malaysia daily; AND
4. You commute from Singapore to Malaysia using a Motorcycle.

To Claim the RM300.00 reward

1. The accident scene video must be uploaded immediately to 000.sg after you witness an accident in Singapore involving a fellow Malaysian working in Singapore.
2. You need to help the accident victim by calling 995 and advising the accident victim to get treatment from a Singapore hospital. You must also remind them that his/her employer must pay for his/her medical fee if they are currently holding a Work Permit or S-Pass, or if they had encountered the accident in the course of their employment.

To Claim RM35,000.00 Group Medical Insurance & Free Motorcycle Road Tax

1. If you are involved in a road accident and intend to claim this SGD10,000 insurance coverage, you must notify SAHC within 48 hours of the accident.
2. This group medical insurance amounting to RM35,000.00 should be the last resort after all other insurance resources for the accident victim have been used up. i.e.
1. Company’s medical insurance amounting to RM210,000.00 (annually), where the employers have to co-pay 25% of claim amounts that go above the first RM52,500.00;
2. Employers must pay the balance bill that goes above RM210,000.00 up to an unlimited amount (unless the company goes bankrupt) and/or
3. Individuals' personal medical insurance coverage.
3. You can only claim and use this group medical insurance upon exhaustion of the above-listed claims (a, b, & c). i.e.
